1. Clarification - The Company, We, Us and Our will mean Cvdesigner.co.uk (Jonathan Wood, 23 The Carriages, Ware, Hertfordshire, SG12 9PL). The Client will have equal meaning to You, Your and Yourself.

2. Code of Confidentiality/Data Protection - All information provided or communicated to Us by You by e-mail, post, telephone or any other means shall be regarded as strictly confidential and will not be passed on to any third party unless we have your prior written consent. We observe data protection legislation in force the UK in so far as it applies to Us or data You provide to Us. Under the data protection legislation currently in force , You are entitled to access all data We hold on You for a nominal fee (£10).

3. Placing Your Order/Payment Terms - By placing an order with US, You acknowledge and accept Our Terms and Conditions of Business and payment terms. We reserve the right not to accept Your order for any reason at Our sole discretion and do not have to provide You with a reason, and we may cancel your order with immediate effect. We will not be held liable to You or any third party for refusing to accept Your order. Refusals may be notified by e-mail and/or in writing. Refunds are given subject to the provisions of clause 5 below. Payment terms are by debit card/credit card and will be completed using the PAYPAL user agreement. Payments will be taken by bank transfer when you place your order with US. Payments can be made by cheque by prior written consent and You will not receive Your order from Us until payment has cleared. All orders will be completed by Us on written completion of all relevant forms and after payment has cleared. A draft of your CV will be sent to you within 3-5 working days and you will be given one opportunity to make amendments and suggestions so that we can amend and mail you your final copy. We reserve the right not to make changes You suggest, in instances where We are aware that these would be illegal [or morally reprehensible] although We will try to accommodate Your suggestions or wishes where appropriate, on the condition that you make changes and suggestion on no more than one occasion.

4. Despatch of Completed Orders - A draft of your order will be dispatched within 3-5 working days, not including the day of receipt of your order. You will then be asked to notify Us of any amendments you would like made within 3 working days (not including the day of receipt of your draft order). Once amendments have been made, your final copy will be issued to You within 3 working days (not including the day of receipt of your amendment notification).

5. Refunds - Refunds will only be issued if You have previously complied with deadlines for requesting amendments to Your order. We will not be liable to offer a refund to you if you have failed to respond to requests for feedback within the agreed 3 working days. If you are not completely satisfied with your order and you have complied with our deadlines a 50% refund can be paid to you within 25 working days.

6. Disclaimer - We shall have no liability to You for any consequential losses, loss of profits and/or damage to goodwill, economic and/or other similar losses, special damages and indirect losses and/or business interruption, loss of business, revenue, savings, contacts and/or opportunity. 'Liability' means liability for any and all damages, claims, proceedings, actions, awards, expenses, costs and any other losses and/or liabilities. The use of Our services does not, expressly or impliedly, guarantee that you will gain access to employment, obtain an interview or, having obtained an interview, succeed to secure employment. Our services are limited to the preparation of a CV based on Your instruction and it is Your responsibility to provide relevant and truthful information in order to enable Us to perform Our services and on this basis, We disclaim all liability for the content of your CV.

7. Amendments to these terms and conditions - We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time and without notice. Your continued use of Our services following any change shall be deemed to be Your acceptance of such change. It is Your responsibility to check these Terms & Conditions regularly for changes. If You do not agree with any change to the Terms & Conditions You must immediately stop using Our services. No amendment can be made to these Terms and Conditions without Our written consent.

8. Governing Law - These Terms and Conditions of Business shall be governed by and in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
